It's official! Polka dots have been acclaimed as the print of the new season, so despite all of my earlier concerns, I am now ready to rock it as much as possible! But please, let me know if you ever see me transforming into a Minnie Mouse look-alike...

Better late than never

On Monday evening someone lit a bonfire in our area and the minute a strong smell of burnt leaves sneaked into my room I became well aware of autumn being just around the corner.This year it particularly saddens me to think that summer's almost over, as we haven't seen much of it in previous months. I can only hope for the forthcoming season to be a complete opposite of what one would normally expect... Some tropical temperatures in October? Bring'em on!

What's there to do if the weather in your country rapidly shifts towards autumn in the middle of August and you're supposed to update your blog with a new post? Well, that's when I say: bake yourself some Pretzels lady, because chances are you willl actually benefit from the experience in multiple ways:

- prancing around in the hot kitchen is sure to make you feel really sweaty, even on the dreariest of days...

- dinner or breakfast dilemmas? Instantly solved, since all you need now is some quality butter to smudge these brown beauties with...

- and yes, you're also most likely to snap some decent shots which can be later on shared with your readers!

Something about sales

For last couple of weeks I've been continuously claiming not to have found anything interesting on sales... Big fat lies! After all, how did most of the pieces I'm wearing for this post get into my possession? White Safari shirt? Check! Leopard print belt? Check! Rust cropped pants? Check! All purchased at reduced prices! And there's even more new stuff hanging in my closet, which automatically leads to a major conclusion: it's been my luckiest sale season ever!
